• By using reinforced engineered wood stiles, we employ a proprietary process that bonds multiple layers of wood to provide an intense level of durability and structural integrity. The rabbet (overlapping) stiles used also improves light block out.
• Traditionally used in furniture and building construction, mortise and tenon joints are designed to withstand the shear stress and racking forces applied when operating a shutter. This makes the mortise and tenon an ideal joint for shutters.
